I grew up in Tuscarawas County and have always been proud of that.  I was a horrible student at Tusky Valley and a mediocre soccer player, but I loved growing up where I did.

I went off to a small bible college in Pennsylvania after high school and learned how much I didn’t know about life and the Bible.  After school, I cut my teeth in the finance department of a large Chrysler dealership in Lexington, KY.  Since then, I have been in sales and marketing for different non-profit and for profit organizations.  Currently I work for a CATERPILLAR parts company owned by my wife’s parents.

My wife, Christie, grew up in London, KY.  Christie attended the University of Kentucky and Sullivan College in Lexington.  She graduated with a degree in Business and Travel and was a travel agent for many years.

I met Christie in Lexington and we just celebrated our eleventh year of marriage.  Christie and I love hanging out with people.  For the last eight years we have been teaching and supporting young adults, couples and families as they find their way through life.

We’d love to get to know you.

RESOURCE

A lot of people have asked about Carter’s Orchard.  Some have asked why we started a new church, others have asked what we believe and these are all great questions.

We have put together a Question and answer forum where you can find out a lot of the questions you might have about a new organization in your community.
